Objectives:

1. Understand the surgical procedures for nerve repairs, grafts, and transfers; recognize best practice management of these injuries

2. Recognize current surgical procedures for rotator cuff repairs and review post-operative management

3. Understand common pediatric tendon repairs and recognize the challenges of compliance and motivation

4. Understand how to optimize amputation outcomes and recognize current prosthetic advancements.

5. Recognize surgical procedures for flexor tendon repairs and understand how to manage for optimal outcomes.

6. Recognize the elements of required documentation per CMS guidelines along with appropriate billing practices.

7. Recognizing current non-surgical and surgical management of CMC osteoarthritis.
